At Paddo RSL we do not have a wedding planner but the following information may assist you:
- Rooms available – we have several function areas that can be configured many ways. We can accommodate up to 250 for a formal dinner in our auditorium or for an intimate wedding we can seat 100 in our Regency Room. For less formal weddings we can incorporate our cocktail bar and Regency room for drinks and dinner. Room rates vary as to the configuration so you will need to view the rooms and discuss your needs. (See below for cost and seating cap.)
- The room rates include bar staff and table set up, Portable dance floor and sound system and DVD and large monitor as required. In most cases the room would be available earlier on the day for decoration if required and may be available the day before if required.

- Bar prices are club prices and you can nominate a figure you wish to spend or we can do a per person drinks package for beer, wine and soft drink.
- Menus: Tommy’s Bistro has catered for all our functions and they have years of experience in catering. The menus available on our website are a guide only and they are very flexible to your needs. Children are allowed at functions but must be kept away from the bar area. - Parking is available in our 2 underground parking areas.
- Function hours are flexible and there is no limit other than club hours or by arrangement.
- Payment: Room hire is payable 4 weeks prior to the wedding and the bar tab must be paid on the night. EFTPOS, Amex and visa are acceptable.(Cheques will not be acceptable for the bar tab unless by prior arrangement). Catering payment is by arrangement with Tommy’s Catering



Auditorium Cost $500.00 - seating in formal dining, round tables 150 or long tables 240.(as shown above).
Regency Room Full $ 450.00 - seating in formal dining style – 100 including bridal table and dance floor.
Regency Room ½ $ 320.00 - seating in formal dining – 40 including dance floor and bridal table.
Cocktail Bar as reception (pre drinks or cocktail style function ) $ 350.00
Tray service would be charged at $30 per hour per staff member.
